Tool Expo's SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

SHIPPING . . . No orders are processed and shipped if not received before 4pm (CST) Monday-Friday. We will process and ship your order the next business day if received after 4pm (CST). (Note: If order is received after 4pm(CST) on a Friday your order will be processed and shipped the following Monday.) Tool Expo DOES NOT ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Carriers do not deliver on these days as well.

RETURNS. . . If you have not used the product you ordered within 10 days of purchase, you may contact us at (251) 533-6250 and we will instruct you on how to return your product. Special Orders, non stock items, and other special items may incur a restocking fee.
